This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how long we store it and what rights you have in connection with the website ipasumikipra.lv and related communication. Data processing takes place in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union and the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

3 / How long we store data
We store customer contact information and transaction-related data for as long as the contract is being fulfilled, as well as the additional period specified by legal requirements (for example, for accounting and tax purposes). In the case of a dispute or litigation, data is retained until the case is finally resolved.
We store contact information obtained for marketing purposes while the recipient uses our services or as long as consent is valid, but not longer than 2 years after the last activity.
Data provided for newsletter subscription is stored until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe. Data that is no longer necessary for legitimate interests or contract performance is deleted.

5 / Information for clients — legal entities
If you represent a legal entity with which we have or may have cooperation, we process your personal data as a representative or contact person based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR — the legitimate interest to maintain business relationships and to conclude and fulfill a contract with the respective legal entity.
Data may be transferred to our employees, agents, and service providers in the same manner as described above.
