Land of Tomorrow

The project occupies more than 300,000 sq.m of former industrial land and stretches about 2.5 kilometers along the Mediterranean Sea, combining residential environment, shops, workspaces, and public zones.

The planned neighborhood is designed as a fully developed urban environment where architecture organically merges with nature and public spaces. Terraced buildings with green balconies, a pine-lined boulevard, covered market, promenade, and marina create an environment that resembles a separate seaside district more than a traditional residential complex.

A variety of everyday amenities are provided for residents — swimming pool, fitness center, private gardens, restaurants, parking, coworking spaces, and 24-hour security. The residential spaces are offered unfurnished, allowing the interior to be tailored to individual needs.
