Land of Tomorrow

The project occupies more than 300,000 sq.m of former industrial land and stretches about 2.5 kilometers along the Mediterranean Sea, combining residential environment, shops, workspaces, and public zones.

The planned neighborhood is designed as a fully developed urban environment where architecture organically merges with nature and public spaces. Terraced buildings with green balconies, a pine-lined boulevard, covered market, promenade, and marina create an environment that resembles a separate seaside district more than a traditional residential complex.

Iedzīvotājiem paredzētas dažādas ikdienas ērtības — peldbaseins, fitnesa centrs, privāti dārzi, restorāni, autostāvvietas, kopstrādes telpas un diennakts apsardze. Dzīvojamās telpas tiek piedāvātas bez mēbelēm, ļaujot interjeru pielāgot individuālām vajadzībām.
